Allen McFarlen has been building for over 15 years, he has been mentored by experienced luthiers which has contributed to much of his success today. This custom ukulele is made with salvaged Sitka Spruce from Alaska and figured Australian Blackwood. Adorned with Indian Rosewood appointments throughout and finished with high-gloss polyurethane. There’s so much depth to the sound, with the Sitka Spruce gives an added clarity and projection paired with Blackwood provides balance overall. It is very light and with the added radiused fretboard provides an even more comfortable feeling, the neck profile is thin which makes bar chords easier to play and ideal for those with smaller hands.
