The instruments are set up for optimal playability by the builder. When they arrive, they will be checked thoroughly for faults, prior to dispatch it will go through another round of checks making sure playability, action and intonation are good.

We use regular mail with Australia Post. If you have purchased an ukulele, it comes with free shipping within Australia using Australia Post, address must be to a physical address not a P.O. Box. Express shipping and insurance is optional at an additional cost, please contact us.

Accessories are dispatched within 48 – 72hrs of payment being received. Ukuleles are dispatched after a thorough inspection of the instrument, if there are any set-up issues and adjustments that need to be made the instrument will be sent once this is complete, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.

We will notify you immediately should there be any unforeseen delays.  Orders received late Fridays and over the weekend will be processed in the next business day.

International shipping is available for Ukuleles only.

Shipping costs can vary, some countries can cost as much as AU$150, while others can cost AU$65. Because of this, we will charge a flat international shipping fee of AU$150 upfront, but if the shipping to your country cost less the difference in cost will be refunded to you.

The refund will be processed once the shipping label is created and the package is sent, this can take up to 7 business days once processed.

Australia Post using Standard delivery service will be used. Shipping timeframe can vary between 12 - 25 days depending where you live in the world. If you wish to use an Express option, please contact us to obtain a quote.

Custom orders can be made directly with the builder, UAS store will assist with the initial query and the rest of the process will be dealt independently with the chosen builder. UAS store is not liable for any issues/warranties, delays or fees relating to your custom order. The instruments will be shipped directly to you from the builder.

All preowned ukuleles are sold as is, as described and shown in the pictures. They are inspected when they arrive with us to ensure they meet our standards and then checked again before they are sent out. There are no returns available, unless the instrument is damaged or faulty. It comes with a 3 months warranty, please read our warranty policy.

Instruments that are on consignment are sold on behalf of the owner and sold as is, as described and shown in the pictures. Once sold, owner will pack and ship it to the purchaser. UAS store receives a small fee in assisting with the sale of the instrument to cover administrative expenses. We are not liable for any warranty, faults or any damages. There are no returns available on these instruments.
